Mr. Mahadev Akalwadi, an M. Tech engineer from COEP, is the visionary founder behind Royal Buildcon. After a distinguished 20-year global career managing high-value projects for Fortune 200 companies across the USA, Europe, and Asia, he walked away from a lucrative IT and manufacturing career to pursue his passion for real estate. What began as a passive partnership in 2015 evolved into a full-fledged leadership journey in 2019, when he officially established the company to redefine the housing sector.
Driven by his Royal (Genuine) Thought Process, Mr. Akalwadi infuses international standards of strategic planning, risk mitigation, and timely delivery into affordable housing. Under his leadership, the company is built on an unwavering commitment to trust, transparency, and uncompromising quality.
